Join the Edinburgh Trash Club, cleaning up Leith Links!
This is a fairly new group that has set up in our area and is doing terrific work on the litter-picking front all around Leith. It is open to all, and always keen to attract new and active members! (occasional joining-in is fine, no need to ‘sign up’ to anything!)
Their latest planned event is particularly relevant as they are proposing to do a litter-pick on Leith Links very soon (next Tuesday, 3rd November at 6:30pm). Please join them if you can! Litter-picking is surprisingly satisfying actually.

Hi clubbers,
Exciting news: the lovely GoodGym folks are joining us again on Tuesday 3rd November! They will meet at 6pm at Edinburgh Street Food and run/walk down to help us at Leith Links, where we will start picking at 6.30pm. So either join them at 6 or see us at the park at 6.30 – either way is good!
Kit provided, as always, but please bring a headtorch or a light that you can attach to your body – it gets dark early now and a phone light in one hand doesn’t always work out!
Meet us 6.30pm on Tuesday at the communal bins on Wellington Place – the what3words location is those.cones.woods.
Pub will be booked for 7.30! — likely Lioness of Leith or Nauticus.
See you then, and bring your pals.
Rachael and Indy
